By submitting this application I, legal guardian of the Applicant, declare that the information submitted on this application to the A-Muse The World Competition is complete and truthful.   If accepted as a contestant in the competition, the Applicant will abide by all rules and regulations of the Competition.   If the Applicant receives an award in the Competition the Applicant will honor all commitments resulting from the award made on his/her behalf by the Competition.   The Applicant will give recognition of that award in all future publicity.
